rotifer.db.uniprot.webapi.idmapping.get_id_mapping_results_stream(url)

Fetch a finished ID mapping job through the streaming endpoint.

Unlike get_id_mapping_results_search(), streaming returns the whole result set in one request and is preferred for large jobs.

Parameters:

urlstr

Results URL returned by get_id_mapping_results_link().

Returns:

object

The decoded results, as described in decode_results().
