rotifer.db.methods#
Mixin classes shared by cursors of the same data type.
Each mixin in this module implements behavior that depends on the kind
of data a cursor returns (sequences, identical protein reports, genome
records, feature tables or gene neighborhoods) but not on where the
data comes from. Concrete cursors combine one of these mixins with a
transport class such as
rotifer.db.parallel.SimpleParallelProcessCursor or
rotifer.db.delegator.SequentialDelegatorCursor.
