rotifer.db.uniprot.webapi.idmapping.combine_batches(all_results, batch_results, file_format)[source]#

Append one results page to the accumulated results.

Parameters:

all_resultsdict or list: Results accumulated so far.
batch_resultsdict or list: Results of the page being merged in.
file_formatstr: One of json, tsv, xlsx or xml. For json the results and failedIds keys are concatenated in place; for other formats a new combined list is returned.
